Woodchester Valley Cotswold Classic Brut is a single estate local sparkling wine from the Stroud Valley, South Gloucestershire made in the traditional method. A blend of Seyval Blanc, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris with citrus aromas, hints of green apple and a rounded finish. Minimum 15 months lees ageing creates complexity.
Established in 2007, Woodchester Valley is a family owned boutique vineyard and winery in the South Cotswolds producing white, rosé, red and sparkling wines from 58 acres.
