Chateau Kirwan, this 3rd growth Grand Cru Classé, has now returned to its best. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. A great vintage which is now maturing well. Aromas of liquorice, cocoa, smoke and dark berries. Intense ripe fruit and spicy notes in the mouth. Fine tannins and great length.
