Enate Cabernet Sauvignon Rosado is a fuller bodied style of rosé made from fully ripe Cabernet Sauvignon. Flavours of raspberry, blueberry and a hint of spice. Complex and full in the mouth with a long finish.
The Cabernet Sauvignon, cultivated with meticulous care in Enate’s vineyards until reaching optimum ripeness, expresses its full potential in this mono-varietal wine. Intensely fruity
on the nose revealing aromas of blueberry, raspberry and pepper. The first sensation on the palate is one of mouth-filling meatiness, yet thanks to its beautifully balanced acidity it
develops into a lively and easy-drinking wine. Its evolution on the palate is magnificent and is rounded off with a long and flavorsome finish with lingering varietal aromas.
Enate is one of the big names when it comes to Spanish wine. The bodega is located in a traditional wine region, the Somontano. Somontano means at the foot of the mountains, well protected here at the foot of the Pyrenees. The name of the winery is borrowed from the small village of Enate, located in Somontano, near Barbastro. There is the largest part of their vineyards. The wines are produced exclusively from their own vineyard and the vineyards are managed according to the principles of organic viticulture. The bodega team is young, highly motivated and well trained.
