Alandes Paradoux Blend is a Bordeaux-inspired blend of five varieties by leading winemaker Karim Mussi. Packed ripe blackberry and damson fruit with hints of chocolate and spice. Rich and full with great length.

Bodega Alandes is the new project of Karim Mussi Saffie. The renowned winemaker is currently working in this century-old viticultural house, which is located in Maipú, where he and his partners have decided to create new labels and styles, without the restrictions of producing wines that reflect a single terroir.

"In Bodega Altocedro we seek to make wines that reflect the sense of belonging (La Consulta), while Alandes allows us to have more freedom as to the origin of the grapes with which we elaborate, they come from different wine-growing regions of the province" Karim Mussi Saffie about his new project.

Bodega Alandes was built in 1904 and has a cava (Ave María Purísima) with tourist services that make available to Mendoza and tourists all wines in production, either with the Altocedro or Alandes brands.

"Paradoux Blend" is an enological paradox in itself, where different styles and aesthetics are played, using noble Bordeaux varietals, which allow the elaboration of elegant and complex wines.

This wine is made up of varietals: 20% of Malbec, 20% of Merlot, 20% of Petit Verdot, 20% of Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% of Cabernet Franc and was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. The result is a harmoniously complex and original blend.
