An elegant Cru Bourgeois made by 4th generation producer Jean Sorge from 30 year old vines in Soussans. Chateau Deyrem Valentin Margaux is 50% Merlot, 48% Cabernet Sauvignon and 1% each of Petit Verdot and Carmenère, aged in one third new French oak. Beautifully balanced, with red berry, leather and cedar aromas, complex blackcurrant and blackberry flavours, subtle oak and great length.
